Chef Betty Antoine
Chef Betty Antoine’s memories of cooking started at the age of 11. She spent more time in the kitchen with her mother and acted like her “sous chef” while her brothers were out being boys.


She was groomed from a young age in the kitchen by peeling and smashing garlic and other tedious cooking tasks. Her love for cooking continued to grow.
Chef Betty garnered experience and refined her culinary talents by becoming a hospitality professional who’s had the honor and pleasure of working at the Four Seasons Hotel for twenty one years. Her incredible experiences of serving people from all walks of life has allowed her to successfully execute private, corporate, and intimate luxurious events.

Though she learned a lot about refinement in luxury hotels, she still felt a desire to translate that same emotion her parents gave her early on that makes people feel welcomed, special, and loved.
Her true desire is to inspire and teach people how to live a healthier lifestyle and bring nutrition to their meals in every aspect from everyday eating to entertaining.
